Some ideas:

• A computer guy could write an IT section each week about viruses, Windows Vista, etc
• A Mom could write about ways to keep your kids busy during the summer
  
• A school teacher could write about things the Fox district are doing. Summer school, field trips, etc
• A parent could write about their kids sports team
• A bookworm could review new books available at the library
• A coupon cutter could tell us about great deals from local merchants
