Matt Hay has put together a pretty funny poll over in the Forum section that asks the simple question: Who is going to be the first to be prosecuted under the new Cyber Bullying Ordinance?

It does seem like the Arnold City Council hastily passed yet another ordinance before knowing all the facts.  They seem to enjoy doing that.  Perhaps they're eager to use what they think are 'legal means'  to shut down websites such as this one, or at least to bully the individuals who are opposing them and their sneaky ways.  Problem is, the ordinance is so vague and full of holes, it'll never work.
