| Payday loan firm move is rejected |

Arnold — City officials have denied a conditional use permit that would have allowed a payday loan business to relocate.
Check 'n Go wanted to move from Arnold Crossroads to Water Tower Place. But at a public hearing last week, business owner Robert Leech spoke out against the relocation. The new site would be next to his UPS store.
