You are correct Doris. The house is piered (20-21 deep "well past old lagoon" ) as is states on the builders permit

... What is sinking is not so much the house, but everything underneath it, and everything around it. All the contractors(some were engineers) all say the same thing. Even if I dump the money into the repairs, its going to continue. There are a few reasons for this.
1. The former path of the creek went under house.
2. The house was built on top of the former lagoon, which was filled in with poor fill dirt.
3. The flow of the creek was changed near Bender.
4. There are opens/voids in the tunnels for the creek. City workers have admitted this, but claim its "too expensive to repair properly" . Per the City's "engineer" Bryson Baker, (its a title I guess

) "We bandaid things to the best of our ability..."
What is happening, is water is trying to go back to its natural water table/path. This is why its washing out from beneath. Underneath my house, my yard, my neighbors yard, and the properties that were bought out/torn down, all are all eroding away from underneath.
If you or anybody else can or knows somebody that can help, I am open to suggestions.
