From Sue Rhoades: According to one independent rescue volunteer, she went in to Arnold Animal Control to see (God forbid, not photograph) the animals. She was told that Jeff was at a meeting at City Hall and Gary was off that day. Since nobody can go back into the now high-security-protected-from-all-liability-due-to-a-rash-of-photography-loving-public-security vault a/k/a the KENNELS without proper supervision by a member of the MALE species, this citizen was turned away. So I ask again of Mary Holden -- you say we are "welcome any time, welcome any time!" to come to see the animals? How many false statements can this woman make in 3 months' time? Apparently a LOT. What do you think? Sound off in the forum . Set as favorite Bookmark

Hi Will, can you please make a correction? This is not about JCAC. It's about AAC, Arnold Animal Control. Just want everyone to know JCAC, Jefferson County Animal Control is very friendly toward adopters and rescuers and doesn't ban folks from taking photos or helping find these helpless animals homes. Thanks!

What is wrong with Arnold? The government is supposed to be FOR the people. I think this is a big election issue. We need to let the elected Mayor of Arnold and all the other elected officials know, this will not be tolerated. I personally think we should picket either city hall or the shelter itself. Let's get some light on this issue though the media.
