Fox Student Launches New Website Print E-mail

There's a new local website on the web, this one is selling Fox t-shirts.  The website, FoxWarriors.net  currently offers two new designs available for pre-order.

The site, designed by locally owned Lighthouse Technologies , is the brainchild of Rian Hanke, a 15 year old entreprenuer and student at Fox.

"I started selling shirts last May, just before school was out.  They went fast," Hanke said.  "We got the website all ready for the 2008 fall semester, and are actually taking pre-orders now so students can wear them the first week".

Hanke had some of last May's profits stolen from his football locker at school, but didn't let that deter him.

In addition to offering the "Fear the Warrior" shirt which debuted last May, Hanke as added a girls babydoll tee, which will sport the new "Foxtail" design.

"The girls should really like those," Hanke said, smirking.

The new website is also offering a logo contest, where local students and residents can upload their designs.  If a design is chosen, the winner will get $25 and his/her shirt design will be sold on the FoxWarriors.net website.

"I know there are kids at school that like graphic design, so why not throw them some cash," Hanke said.

Hanke says there are more items to come over the school year, such as vinyl stickers and possibly coffee mugs.  Recently he posted in his Alerts section that he was thinking about adding sweatshirts and other items, and is looking for local residents to help him with ideas.

"It's gonna be fun," Hanke adds,  "and I won't be leaving my money in my locker again.  Although that situation wasn't so bad, I tried to sell a shirt to the principal while I was filing my report."

Your shirt has been sitting here for a week. You provided a bogus email address, so he has no way to get hold of you.

Not very nice of you to call it a scam, when in fact he has tried every way he knew to contact you.

I'll email you and get it straightened out.

For the rest of the readers, the new Foxtail shirts have been ordered and should be in (hopefully) next week!
