I find it funny that the council is willing to amend the boundaries to accomodate the "Triangle," but is not willing to assess the population shift in the wards to amend the boundaries. I say, table, go over ALL of the statistics and redraw them according to the population shift, if the "Triangle" is in more than one ward, leave it be for now. If you can't do it right, it doesn't mean you have to do it right now, don't be in such a rush.
